Kenstep Microfinance Limited (KMF) was incorporated as a limited liability company under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179) on 27th August 2013. The company is also duly licensed by the Bank of Ghana as a tier-2 Microfinance company under the Non-Banking Act, 2004 (Act 673) on 10th April, 2014.
