{"id":1029,"date":"2016-09-15T09:27:47","date_gmt":"2016-09-15T09:27:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kenstepmicrofinance.com\/?p=1029"},"modified":"2016-09-15T09:27:47","modified_gmt":"2016-09-15T09:27:47","slug":"kenstep-microfinance-saves-life-supports-talents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kenstepmicrofinance.com\/index.php\/2016\/09\/15\/kenstep-microfinance-saves-life-supports-talents\/","title":{"rendered":"Kenstep Microfinance Saves Life, Supports Talents\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The management of Kenstep Microfinance has announced plans of organising a number of events like seminars and workshops to upgrade the skills of the players in the creative industry in the country.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The management mentioned that there are so many young and talented artistes in the country who are ready to be hyped but are not being supported as expected.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The company has stated its readiness to collaborate with the stakeholders in the creative industry to ensure that the best for the industry is achieved.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">In view of that, it said the company is set to help discover such talented artistes, groom them and later present them to the world.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The management of the company made these known when it presented a cheque for GH<\/span>\u00a2<span lang=\"EN-GB\">5,000 to Curtis Nketiah who is suffering from a complex hole-in-heart condition known as the ventricular sceptical defect (VSD) for his surgery.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The total cost of the surgery is the cedi equivalent of $8, 000.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Presenting the cheque to the father of Curtis Nketiah, Kwabena Nketiah, the general manager of Kenstep Microfinance Limited, Daniel Nartey Yebuah, said the donation formed part of Kenstep social responsibility, adding that Kenstep Microfinance is a reference point of microfinance business in Ghana.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Receiving the cheque on behalf of his son, Kwabena Nketiah thanked the company for the donation and appealed to individuals and organisations to emulate steps taken by Kenstep Microfinanace Limited.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">On his part, the finance manager of Kenstep Microfinance, James Kojo Ahenakwa, said his outfit prides itself in consistency delivery and strong financial results whilst catering for the need of both institutions and individuals.<\/span><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"display: block !important; margin:0 !important; padding: 0 !important\" id=\"wpp_popup_post_end_element\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The management of Kenstep Microfinance has announced plans of organising a number of events like seminars and workshops to upgrade the skills of the players in the creative industry in the country.
